No-Contract Hourly Pricing
- On-Site Networking Consulting: $140/hour billed in 15 minute increments. There is a 1 hour minimum charge.
- Remote Consulting: $140/hour billed in 15 minute increments. There is a 15 minute minimum charge.
- Phone Support: Free up to 5 minutes, then billed as remote consulting.
- Wiring Labor: $125/hour billed in 15 minute increments. There is a 1 hour minimum charge.
- After Hours: All work done during the hours of 7PM and 7AM on weekdays and during weekends is subjected to an off-hours rate of $210/hour.
- Travel Charge: 0 to 17 Miles: $30, 17-30 Miles: $60, 30-40 Miles: $100, 40-50 Miles: $150, 50-60 Miles: $200
- Equipment Removal and Recycling: $25/device - Recycling of batteries as per EPA regulations, disposal of old computers, destruction of hard drives with sensitive data.
- Net 30: Payment is due within 30 days after which a finance charge is assessed monthly at 18% APR with a minimum charge of $10.
